The care of the local church and the global church has always been something that just makes sense to Dana and has a special place in her heart. (A long time ago...)she attended the Baptist Leadership Education Centre (youth ministries focus) and then trained to be an ASL to ENG Interpreter and worked as a Deaf/Blind Intervenor. Most recently she finished 10 years with CBOQ in the Communications and Member Care Department. Dana and her husband of 24 years have been involved in serving in camping, and children & youth ministries since before they were married. She believes passionately in teaching the truth of God's word and growing leaders from the next generation. Children have such an immense capacity to understand who God is, making them a beautiful example for us.

Dana spends most of her time with her family; husband, Andy, and her 3 children, ages spanning 15 years so things are never dull. She loves to read, pray, be in nature, and rearrange the furniture.
